Dear Partners,find attached the Agenda for the 1st Skype meeting. If you feel that you need to add or change a topic of discussion, please contact the Lead partner stating the nature of the topic. Moreover, you will find on the top right corner of the Agenda the final Logo of the Project as it was voted by the participants. Therefore i kindly ask the representatives of Stenum to upgrade it to as much as possible Higher Definition and resend it to all of us so that we can use it in all correspondence and documents relevant to the project.

Dear Partners, 

we would like to invite you all in the 1st Skype meeting of project RECDEV. As part of our Communication and Quality Assurance Plan, we will be meeting frequently (at least once a month) in order to discuss the development of the project both on technical and financial level. Today everyone will receive an electronic invitation for dates voting (via Doodle scheduling) which will be open till next Wednesday. We are planning to have the meeting around the middle of December, therefore please do vote and as soon as the voting is closed we will send you the results and the Agenda. Finally we need you all to send us your Skype names.
